Getting Started
EZ Tiers is focused on telecom sales organizations managing sales, commissions, manager overrides, reserves and chargebacks from partner or carrier statements.
Upload your partner or carrier statements, verify and reconcile the records, then run payroll using your configured commission rules. Review the draft, finalize it and deliver statements. Your business retains its approval and payment processes; preparing payroll does not automatically transfer funds.
Yes. EZ Tiers is available on desktop and mobile, with light and dark product themes. Each person’s access remains scoped to their role and permissions.
Commission Tiers & Earnings
Yes. Configure representative tiers, manager rates and overrides, and team-based targets, including multiple thresholds and provider- or product-specific rates. Calculations follow your configured eligibility and commission rules.
Authorized managers can configure representative rates and team tiers within owner-defined permissions. Owners retain visibility into changes, calculations and commission obligations.
It compares current earnings with the potential commission available at the next qualifying threshold. Representatives and managers can see their progress, the next threshold and the potential additional commission within the configured plan.
The example uses a retroactive tier plan: 9 qualifying sales at $120 per sale total $1,080. Reaching 10 qualifying sales applies a $200 rate to all 10 sales, totaling $2,000—a $920 increase. This is illustrative; other plans may calculate differently, and eligibility follows the configured sale week and activation/payment rules.
No. The calculator provides an illustrative estimate based on your inputs. Actual results vary. It represents the value of recovered time, not guaranteed cash savings.
Sales Visibility & Escalations
Representatives can view their own sales records, commission history, reserve activity and tier progress. Managers can access their assigned teams. Owners have a company-wide view of reporting, payroll review, obligations, exceptions and reserves. Access follows each person’s role and permissions.
Sales statuses reflect the latest available provider data and may not update in real time. Updated statements and provider information are used to keep records current.
A representative submits order/customer details, the current install date, up to three requested dates or time windows and a reason. The owner or designated manager is notified. Management can forward the escalation or use configured provider emails, while the issue remains organized and tracked in the platform.
Reserves & Chargebacks
Configure withholding percentages, per-representative caps and provider-specific holding windows. EZ Tiers tracks held balances and applicable release schedules. Deductions and releases follow your agreements and configured rules; availability for review does not automatically transfer funds.
Eligible chargebacks, held balances and former-representative release schedules remain organized after a representative leaves. Historical records are preserved, and eligible deductions and releases follow the applicable agreements and rules.
Chargeback events in updated provider files are matched to prior paid sales. Eligible deductions can be tracked against future commissions or available reserves, subject to the applicable agreements, balances and configured rules.
Payroll & Statements
Import CSV or Excel statement files, identify new mappings and reuse saved mappings. Verification can flag duplicates, compare records against official statements and send unclear items to review. Imports can be rolled back.
Finalized payroll records are locked and changes are recorded in the audit trail. Email individual PDF statements or download full payroll runs as Excel or CSV, and use delivery logs to identify failed statement emails. Your business arranges payments and marks the run paid; EZ Tiers does not automatically transfer payroll funds.
